The Jacaranda On Plaza De San Sebastián

The origin of this tree is Brazil, Paraguay and the north of Argentina.

It is of medium height: 6 to 10 metres, and its canopy is 4 to 6 metres in diameter. It adapts
well to streets, squares and parks. It requires temperatures that are neither too hot or too
cold. It flowers abundantly in the sun, but it also likes humidity.

Its fruits form woody, dark brown capsules; its seeds are winged. Fruiting takes place in
autumn, and it prevails throughout the year.
